Certification Levels

Legacy members may earn certification as:

Level 1: Group Coach
Level 2: 1:1 Coach
Level 3: Master Trainer / Facilitator

Certification reflects trust and responsibility, not status.

Certified Legacy members operate under brand standards, use approved curriculum, refer clients upward when appropriate, and protect theological and ethical integrity.


How Legacy Is Structured

Duration: 8 Months
Format:

  • Curriculum internalization + coaching mastery
  • Co-facilitation + mentorship
  • Real-world coaching application (3–5 men)
  • Leadership reproduction + cohort facilitation
  • Ongoing biblical & ethics oversight
  • Performance audits + relational accountability

Entry: Invitation Only.

Not all men will be invited. Legacy requires humility, faithfulness, endurance, and willingness to guard what you did not start.

Your Legacy Journey

Phase 1 (8 weeks)

Foundations

Focus: Internalization

Kingdom Leadership Framework, identity & theology, masculine leadership principles, and health foundations.
Requirements include curriculum completion, self-coaching accountability, and written reflections.

Phase 2 (8 weeks)

Coaching Skills

Focus: Method & Mastery

Coaching ethics, questioning frameworks, group coaching, accountability systems, and trauma-informed basics.
Requirements include co-facilitating coaching sessions, mentor feedback, and observation hours.

Phase 3 (8 weeks)

Real-World Application

Focus: Embodiment

Coach 3–5 men, group facilitation exposure, retreat support, and case studies.
Requirements include logged coaching hours, client feedback, and performance review.

Phase 4 (8 weeks)

Leadership & Multiplication

Focus: Reproduce Leaders

Coaching leaders, facilitating cohorts, teaching curriculum, and maintaining biblical alignment.
Requirements include teaching live sessions, leading group calls, and final evaluation.
