For Pastors and Church Leaders
What exactly is the Church Partnership System?+
Kingdom Men is a complete, licensable men's formation system that your church runs internally. You license the curriculum, we train your facilitator, and your men go through the process together — in brotherhood pods, with weekly accountability, and a structured formation pathway. It is designed to run without a full-time men's pastor. Your men lead it. Your community sustains it.
How long does it take to launch a first cohort?+
From discovery call to first cohort running is typically 30 to 60 days. Week 1 through 2 is the discovery conversation. Weeks 3 through 4 cover licensing, facilitator training, platform setup, and book orders. Weeks 5 through 8 are the first cohort launch. The goal is to have your men in formation within two months of signing on.
What does it cost to license Kingdom Men?+
Licensing costs vary by church size and tier. What we can tell you is that the licensing cost is less than one weekend men's retreat — and it produces formation that no weekend retreat can. The 30-minute discovery call is where we assess your church, your men, and which licensing tier is the right fit for your season. There is no pressure on that call. Just clarity.
Do we need a men's pastor on staff?+
No. Kingdom Men is specifically designed to be lay-leader-ready. One of your formed men serves as the facilitator. We provide the training, the curriculum, and the platform. The system does not require a paid staff position — it requires a willing man and a group of brothers ready to commit to the process.
What is the time commitment for the men?+
Formation runs on a weekly rhythm. Men should expect a weekly group session (via Zoom or in person), a weekly brotherhood pod meeting (30 to 45 minutes), and time for their morning anchor practice and battle assignments throughout the week. The total weekly investment is approximately 3 to 4 hours. It is not a small commitment. It is not designed to be. Formation takes what events never ask for — and produces what events never deliver.
What size church is Kingdom Men built for?+
Kingdom Men is designed to scale. A first cohort can run with as few as 5 men and as many as the facilitator can effectively lead. Most churches start with 10 to 20 men in their first cohort. The system grows as your men's culture grows — Phase 1 completers become future facilitators.
Can we pilot Kingdom Men before committing to a full licensing agreement?+
Yes. The Awakening is free and open to any man. A group of your men can go through The Awakening together before any licensing conversation happens. This gives you and your men a clear picture of the culture, the content, and the commitment before you sign anything. Many churches start there — and by the end of 7 days, the men are asking when Formation begins.
For Men Considering Formation
I have failed. Is Kingdom Men for me?+
Yes. Kingdom Men is not for men who have it together. It is for men who are honest enough to admit they don't — and willing enough to do something about it. Formation is not a reward for men who are already performing. It is a process for men who have failed but refuse to be disqualified. That man belongs here.
Where do I start?+
Every man starts with
The Awakening. It is seven days. It is free. It is available today. You do not need to apply. You do not need to feel ready. You just need to begin.

What is the difference between The Awakening and Formation?+
The Awakening (Tier 1) is 7 days. Free. Open to any man. It disrupts complacency and creates hunger for more. It does not require accountability or a cohort — any man can go through it alone or with others. Formation (Tier 3) is 24 weeks across three phases. It requires application and commitment. It runs in a cohort with weekly accountability and brotherhood pods. Formation is where a man is fully built — identity, vision, mission, voice, and execution rhythms. The Awakening opens the door. Formation builds the man.
Do I need to be part of a church to join?+
Kingdom Men is designed to run inside a local church — and we believe the local church is the best context for formation. However, individual men can access The Awakening and apply for Formation regardless of their church situation. If you are a pastor, we would love to talk about bringing Kingdom Men into your congregation.

What is a brotherhood pod?+
A brotherhood pod is a group of five men who are going through Formation together. They meet weekly — in addition to the group session — and hold each other accountable to their vision, commitments, and battle assignments. They know each other's specific goals for the season, the battle they are fighting that week, and whether they did what they said they would do. A commitment made to yourself is easy to renegotiate. A commitment made in brotherhood is far harder to abandon.
What is the morning anchor?+
The morning anchor is a structured daily practice installed in Phase 1 of Formation. It is designed to put the important before the urgent at the start of every day — through scripture, prayer, vision review, and intentional preparation for the day ahead. It is not complicated. It is consistent. And consistency is what changes a man's life over time.
