Kingdom Men was not built in a classroom. It was built in the field — in the failure, the formation, and the decades of watching what actually changes men versus what only informs them.

Dusty Lapp has spent decades watching what actually forms men — not what informs them. Kingdom Men was born out of that observation: that the church had plenty of events, studies, and retreats for men, but very few systems that produced lasting transformation.

Kingdom Men is the formation system Dusty wished had existed when he was a young man — when he needed not just information but a process, a brotherhood, and a structure that held him accountable to becoming who God designed him to be.

He is the author of Kingdom Men: Rise, Lead, Finish — a formation roadmap that confronts male passivity and complacency with biblical truth. It is the foundation of the curriculum that every man in the Kingdom Men system walks through.

Dusty lives by the conviction that men do not transform at events. They transform in seasons — under accountability, with brothers, through consistent obedience over time. That conviction is built into every tier of Kingdom Men.

What Makes Kingdom Men Different

Four Pillars. One System.

Kingdom Men is not built on novelty. It is built on conviction — four convictions that shape every tier, every session, and every brotherhood pod.

Pillar 01
Identity First
Most programs teach men what to do. Kingdom Men starts with who they are. Every tier builds on a man's identity as a son of God — because a man who knows who he is leads from a completely different place than a man still trying to prove himself.
Pillar 02
A Complete Lifecycle
No other men's system takes a man from his first awakening all the way through becoming a father who multiplies legacy. Six tiers. A rite of passage. A brotherhood that lasts. This is a process that forms men for life — not a study they complete and forget.
Pillar 03
Seasons Not Events
Formation happens in eight-week phases with weekly accountability, brotherhood pods, and battle assignments. Not one weekend. Not one retreat. Men transform through consistent obedience over time — and that is exactly what Kingdom Men is built for.
Pillar 04
Church Licensed. Lay Led.
Kingdom Men is designed to run inside your church, led by your men, sustained by your community. You do not need a men's pastor on staff. You need the system, the training, and the brotherhood. We provide all three.

Dusty Lapp's Kingdom Men: Rise, Lead, Finish is a no nonsense, Spirit-filled wake-up call with biblical truth confronting male passivity and complacency. This is not another feel-good men's book. It is a roadmap for any man ready to reject mediocrity and finish his race as a Kingdom warrior.

Kingdom Men: Rise, Lead, Finish is a guide for any man who is tired of drifting and ready to reclaim the strength, clarity and calling that God intended for his life. This powerful message calls men out of the fog and into a solid, God-given identity. It is not just encouragement. It is a roadmap back to the man God made you to be.

One of the greatest problems facing American culture is the vacuum for genuine, masculine Christian men who know who they are and what their God-given mission is. Dusty Lapp writes from personal experience and Holy Spirit revelation the things that strike directly at the heart of the problems and gives clear, concise and simple solutions for each of them.
