Dusty is a husband, father, minister, mentor, coach, and teacher. In 2006 he was Commissioned a Minister to Men by Faithful Men Ministries. His life’s work has been shaped by a unique blend of grit, faith, and relentless pursuit of growth.

Dusty holds Leadership Degree’s in Christian Management and Leadership and a Master’s degree in Life Coaching and Mentorship. He is a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Trainer, a Certified Couple and Core Communication Instructor, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

He entered the arena as a bullfighter #

Dusty grew up around cattle, dirt, and men who understood work more than words. Dusty spent sixteen years fighting bulls in the PBR/PRCA. The job demanded courage, clarity, reaction, and a kind of brotherhood that is only built in extremely dangerous situations.

Bullfighting taught Dusty about risk and responsibility. About timing and trust. About how to read a situation and make a decision while the world is moving fast. But it also taught him something deeper: that most men never confront the things that scare them.

God had been training him not just as a competitor, but as a son #

As a bullfighter, God had been training him not just as an athlete, but as a son. Not just as a protector, but as a leader. Not just as a fighter, but as a father.

He learned that identity is foundational, authority is tied to Obedience, and that leadership starts with self before it ever reaches a company, a ministry, or a mission. And that a man cannot finish well until he learns to walk as a son and then as a father.

Now Dusty helps form Kingdom men who build families, businesses, churches, and legacies through identity, discipleship, brotherhood, and stewardship—teaching them how to lead themselves, lead their homes, and lead their callings so they can finish their race strong.

The Kingdom of God advances through sons who become fathers #

The Kingdom of God advances through sons who become fathers. Through men who rise, who lead, and who finish. Through men who build families, steward callings, and multiply legacy.

But today, too many men drift.
Too many abdicate.
Too many men die, but never finish.

The world needs the Kingdom of God to come to earth as it is in Heaven.
Sons needs Fathers.
Fathers need to Rise, Lead, and Finish.

Men were never meant to be isolated, orphaned, passive, or purposeless.

Men are called to lead.
Men are called to steward.
Men are called to fight.
Men are called to build.
Men are called to multiply.

But men cannot lead until they are sons.
Men cannot steward until they are formed.
Men cannot finish strong unless they walk with brothers.

Men need a formation process — not a program — that can do all three.

Men don’t need more content. Men don’t need just another weekend experience.
Men needed formation and that Formation is conveyed from a Father to a son.
