Stage 01

Formation. Learn to Lead Self.

Formation is one stage made up of three eight week phases. Each one builds on the last. A man can complete one phase on its own, but the full benefit comes from walking through all three in order.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1 to 8
Identity & Sonship
I am a son.
Establish the foundation. Sonship comes before performance.
Phase 2 · Weeks 9 to 16
Character & Integrity
I become the man.
Build the man. Discipline, responsibility, and stewardship.
Phase 3 · Weeks 17 to 24
Altars & Worship
I order my life.
Order the life. Priorities, surrender, and alignment with God.

Built on the man formed in Formation, Mastery develops vision, communication, and execution so men can lead their families, their small groups, and the ministries of your church.
Stage 03 · 3 Day Retreat
The Gathering. Be Commissioned.
I am commissioned.
A three day rite of passage retreat. Men are challenged, affirmed, and commissioned in a defining moment led by trained lay leaders. It marks the turn from being formed to forming others.
Stage 04 · 24 Weeks
Legacy. Multiply.
I multiply.
Mentorship and discipleship where multiplication happens. Men who finish the journey are equipped to lead the next men through it, so the ministry keeps going year after year.

To establish a legacy of men who accept their identity in Jesus, discover their God given vision and mission, diligently steward their roles and responsibilities with excellence, and actively participate in the Kingdom of God being established on earth as it is in Heaven.
